The Native American medicine wheel looks at how we change throughout the seasons of our lifetime, as we begin our childhood in the east and eventually become a (presumably) wise elder in the north. Today the GI Joe generation is departing; the Boomers, Gen Xers, and Millennials welcome unnamed successors who will bring with them joys and challenges that cannot be imagined. Throughout this are the questions and worries of every leader, striving for excellence. How do I take my own particular pattern of behaviors and skills, and adapt these to the ever changing needs of my workforce? We hope to help explore answers to these questions, and questions for those answers, in a somewhat light and perhaps meditative dinner hour.
